Intuitive Guidance Session

  • During our time together, we bring the unconscious to light, identifying aspects of self that need to be witnessed for clarity. We support you in meeting unmet needs, encouraging you to take the space you need to bloom. Utilising the gift of your challenges as an access point, we reflect on what parts of you need support, finding expansion through insights offered via the contrast of frustrations, stagnancy and discomfort.


    We explore early life patterning to gain a greater understanding of the themes you are currently navigating and the interconnectedness to your core wounding. We support you in your process of reconfiguring and letting go of what no longer serves you, as you reclaim your wholeness. We bring to the surface what needs to be identified, processed, and shifted to reclaim the truth of your expansive nature, and support you in reconnecting to your inner compass.

Systematic Kinesiology

  • Systematic Kinesiology is a complete form of natural healthcare that utilises muscle testing to read the body’s energetic biofeedback system to locate the source of health issues. It can be used to support any ailment or illness in the body. Through Kinesiology, we look at your entire being as a whole, with a focus on nervous system support, deep emotional healing and working with the MCPE principle of Kinesiology:

    Mental - We uncover thought patterns that may be limiting for you and keeping you stuck. We explore how we can shift your narrative that is creating your reality.


    Chemical - Nutrient and mineral deficiencies can play a huge role in our mental, emotional and physical health. We discover what supplemental nutrition the body needs to recover and heal. The body is intelligent and hardwired to heal itself. We need to fuel it with what it needs.


    Physical - We “switch on” muscles, which can reduce pain and help posture by reducing compensation. We use lymphatic drainage massage to increase lymph and blood flow, improve circulation, reduce stiffness, and flush toxins, assisting the blood to move nutrients with greater efficiency.

    Energetic - We stimulate acupuncture points and trace over meridians to flush stagnant energy and support greater balance. Meridian points store emotion. By working with the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we can help the body process past experiences, supporting connection to the body's healing capabilities.

Tarot Reading

  • Through tarot, I offer spiritually channelled counsel that supports you in bringing unconscious themes to light. Tarot is an excellent reflector. It mirrors our current experiences and helps us to sift through and process our circumstances to find clarity and direction.

    Carl Jung said, “We can predict the future based on the past and present.” Expansion of awareness can occur through reflecting on our present experiences, considering what they want to teach us, and the aspects of ourselves that are being mirrored to show us how life is schooling us into becoming a more self-aware person.
    I support you in building greater self-compassion to navigate challenges with greater ease, break patterns, and bring clarity through to the next stage of your life.

  • Womb Massage, sometimes called ‘Fertility Massage,’ can support your experience of honouring the sacredness of your womb space. We begin with an initial consultation to explore your womb’s health. Followed by creating a safe and sacred space for tending to your womb, applying gentle, non-invasive massage techniques to improve circulation, address blockages, and support the healing and overall well-being of this womanly power centre.


    Womb Massage has a myriad of benefits, including:

    • Repositioning the uterus to increase the circulation to reproductive organs, bringing balance to hormones, supporting painful and irregular cycles, PCOS, Endometriosis, perimenopause and menopause.
