During our time together we bring the unconscious to light, identifying what aspects of self need to be witnessed to bring clarity. We explore early life patterning to gain a greater understanding of the themes you are currently navigating in now and the interconnectedness to your core wounding. We support you in your process of reconfiguring and letting go of what no longer serves as you reclaim your wholeness. We bring to the surface what is needed to be identified, processed and shifted to reclaim the truth of your expansive nature, supporting you in reconnecting to your inner compass.

Systematic Kinesiology is a complete form of natural health care that uses muscle testing to read the energetic biofeedback system from our body to discover where health issues stem from, it can be used to support any ailment or illness in the body. Through Kinesiology we look at your entire being as a whole, with a focus on nervous system support, deep emotional healing and working with the MCPE principle of Kinesiology:

Mental - We uncover thought patterns that may be limiting for you and keeping you stuck. We explore how we can shift your narrative that is creating your reality.

Chemical - Nutrient and mineral deficiencies can play a huge role in our mental, emotional and physical health. We discover what supplemental nutrition the body needs to recover and heal. The body is incredibly intelligent hardwired to heal itself, we need to fuel it with what it needs to use 

Physical - We “switch on” muscles, which can reduce pain and help posture by reducing compensation. We use lymphatic drainage massage as a way of getting lymph and blood flow around the body improving circulation, reducing stiffness, flushing toxins and improving nutrients carried by the blood to move more efficiently

Energetic - We stimulate acupuncture points and trace over meridians, to flush stagnant energy and to aid you in feeling more balanced. Meridian points store emotion, by working with the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine we can help the body process past experiences bringing greater connection to the body's healing capabilities.

I currently work between my private studio in Hove and Higher Ground. 

Sessions are £110 for a 90 minute session.

Through my connection with tarot, I offer spiritually channelled counsel that supports you into bringing unconscious themes to light. My gift lies within supporting you with practical ways to move through challenges, bringing the unconscious to light and reflect upon what your current circumstances are mirroring for you. My aim is to support you in building greater self compassion, bring the unconscious to light for you, support you in greeting self awareness to reorient, find personal freedom and bring clarity through to the next stage of your life.
